hi everyone.
i'm hoping that this email finds you well.
i know i'm still reeling from tuesday's events.
it's kind of hard for me to get my brain around the whole thing.
i guess it'll take a while.
one thing is for sure,
it's helped put a lot of things in perspective.
i hope that all of your family, friends and loved ones are all ok.

some of us may be ready to get away from the tv,
get out and clear your head. i know i could use it.
everytime i close me eyes, i can see the images they keep replaying.
but now i'm to a point where i can see humor again,
but feel guilty laughing. know what i mean?
the terrorists definatley succeeded in shutting down our country.

in any case,
Reverend Horton Heat and Nashville Pussy are at the Royal Grove
Thursday night (sept 13), which promises to be an electric evening of music.
i've heard tons and tons and tons of great things about the reverend.
the other band i've heard of, but don't know anything about.
i suppose i could look them up on www.allmusic.com but that'd
just ruin the surprise.
not sure when it starts or how much the cover will be.
i'll guess 9:30ish for start time, and $8-10 for the cover.

also,
Friday night, my friend Ben Marker will be playing with his band:
the Action Packed Underwater Adventure Squad In Space
will be playing at the Antelope Park Picnic Shelter.
They will be sharing the bill with other local bands
Tie These Hands, Filming Zapruder, and Her Fly Away Manner.
Music starts at 6:30PM and cover will be between $3-5.
