The Creative Flow of Dance
wih Kelly Holcombe
June 22, Sun. RSVP $35

Experience the healing power of movement, get your creative juices flowing and develop your natural abilities as a dancer and choreographer with instructor Kelly Holcombe. She has toured internationally as a teacher, choreographer and performer with Momix and Pilobolus, appeared in numerous film and
television productions, and taught locally at UNL, UNO, Creighton and Omaha Modern Dance Collective. Through improvisation and composition, dive into the elements of dance, better your communication and group problem solving skills and develop your “eye” for dance as you create your own compositions.

This workshop is open to all levels and abilities - great for fledgling dancers as well as professionals.

:: melodramas at mahoney ::

The Melodrama's at Mahoney State Park are back! John Burkhart directs (or trys to) the antics of Kristine Kapustka, Fred Gartner, Erin Dinneen, Lori Swantek and Jeff Nathan on stage as heroines and heros find love, lose love, discover a villan at the bottom of it all and ultimately have true love and happiness conquer all. It's a lot like real life except it's relatively cheap, indoors, air-conditioned, and just a short drive away. Come to think of it, it's nothing like real life, but you should go see them anyway because they're fun.

:: rocky horror picture show ::

Calling all ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW fans!
You've seen it in your living room. Now, you can BE IT in the theatre!

The Denton High Dropouts of Lincoln have moved! We are starting over in a new theatre! We are looking for a few Rocky fans to help out with our upcoming show. We need:

- Understudies/performers in all on-screen roles (Brad, Janet, Criminologist, Riff Raff, Magenta, Columbia, Frank N. Furter, Rocky, Dr. Scott)
- Backstage crew (light operator, sound coordinator, prop coordinator, costume coordinator, photographer, security team and advertising)

Time commitment is minimal. If you are cast, you will need to be available from 11:00 p.m. 'til 2:00 a.m. every other Saturday and at cast meetings twice a month. There are no scheduled rehearsal times. All cast members will be required to practice on their own.

If you are under 18, we will need a parent or guardian's signature.
