Copperfield has been hailed by audiences and critics alike as the greatest illusionist of our time. :: special yoga event ::

Yoga with Steve Pizzanello from Chicago
January 31, Saturday and February 1, Sunday
Sat. 10-12 / Sun. 10-12 $18/ea class, if you register for both classes - $30

Two dynamic yoga classes to deepen your practice (Bring your mat, blanket & props. some available)
Steve teaches a holistic Yoga deeply rooted in his Iyengar experience of alignment, yet alive through focus on breath, intention and attitude. Using single posture instruction as well as asana flow, students are guided to find the balance between the muscular and organic energies within their own bodies. The result is a strengthening and opening of the body, an ever-deepening focus of the mind, and the awakening and unfolding of the heart.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been studying for years, Steve's experience and abilities will guide you safely within for a full work-out of body, mind and breath.

Steve Pizzanello has studied exclusively with John Friend for the past five years accumulating over 250 hours of Anusara training. Previously, Steve has studied with many of the strongest teachers in today's yoga community resulting in an extensive understanding of various Yoga systems on which to base his teachings.

Being an athlete has been a way of life for Steve. He developed determination and a focused mind through excelling in both team and individual sports. Steve turned to body building in his twenties, achieving definition and size through relentless self-discipline and effort. Injuries began a period of questioning for Steve, which eventually led to the physical and then spiritual study of yoga. The results have been a deep inner strength and grounding that is useful not only 'on the mat', but off the mat as well!
Private consultations with Steve available, call OM Center 402-345-5078
