:: propagandART ~ february 18, 2004 ::

doh...so it was late when i sent out my last announcement...
and i listed the date as 'january 16' but y'all are so smart,
i'm sure you knew i meant 'february 16,' right?

a couple more cool events have trickled into my inbox,
but i'm also glad to get another excuse to pimp the reading of glengarry glen ross
that i'm in on sunday. it's really going to be quite good. and it's forcing me
to stretch a bit to inhabit this character. that's always a bit scary...
but very rewarding too. this sunday, 8pm at 9th street basement.
the 9th street basement is the perfect venue for this...
a dimly lit bar, small stage, adult beverages...
this is going to be sweet.

don't forget...
gigglebox is going to be at p.o. pears on saturday.
and they don't suck.

peace...

:: How I Learned To Drive ::

Vogel takes audiences on the journey of Li'l Bit and her Uncle Peck through a series of flashbacks and remembrances. With humor and startling honesty, the playwright peels back the many layers of abuse exposing the ultimate understanding that strengthens Li'l Bit's ability to forgive and survive. This play contains mature themes.
