Starcityscene.com is teaming up with The University Program Council, UNL SIPS, Pepsi, and The Red Cross to present a Hallam Benefit

The tornadoes which hit hallam were an F4 super cell, with winds reaching 210 m.p.h. There was only ONE home left standing in the entire town. All other buildings, including their school, were leveled.

The local music community in Lincoln is donating it's time and talents to organize and perform a free show. The Red Cross and University groups will have booths set up to accept donations of cash, food, and clothing.

The event will take place Saturday, June 19th at the UNL Union Plaza on the city campus. The show will run from 2:00 pm until 9:30(ish) and feature 11 great local acts.
